Booking information

Every time you make a booking with Juste En Joy Sailing Adventures, we receive an electronic notification that includes the following information:

• the name of your travel agency (if you are a travel agent)
• the names of the passengers you are booking for
• the departure date for your trip
• the catering option for your trip (gourmet or standard meal package)

The electronic notification may also include the following optional information if you have chosen to provide it:

• your travel agency's IATA, ARC, TSI, TIDS, CLIA or ABTA number (if you are a travel agent)
• the phone numbers, e-mail addresses, dietary requirements and medical conditions of the passengers you are booking for

We retain this information for each of your bookings in a database.

Security of information collected

Juste En Joy Sailing Adventures follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Use and disclosure of information collected

Juste En Joy Sailing Adventures will only use or disclose your personal information for the purpose for which you have provided it. Your information will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose without your consent.

Children

Children are not eligible to use our service and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use the service.
